*update*
I don’t want to lie and say I’ve been totally on track with everything, because truth is it’s been hard. Still need to keep pushing myself to get up and go to the gym or do a workout, I was so proud of myself on monday, actually stayed on the treadmill for 20 minutes without stopping!
I’ve decided to weigh myself at the end of august, hopefully this will give me more motivation to reach more of my goals by the end of the month - I can do this! I just have to keep smiling and push through it :)
