he’re an update :)

won’t be weighing myself this month, but I know I’v gained some pounds due to 2 and a half week holiday in dubai then coming back to 2 weeks of constant college, work and coursework. So basically I’ve been slacking lately, but I’ll be getting back into it this week!

hopefully my slacking doesn’t show too much in appearance.

The end of May 2012 - 154lbs 
I spent summer doing workouts, going to the gym, eating healthy, changing my lifestyle, had many bad days but I learnt from them and kept going. 
Todays date is 16/10/2012 and I now weigh 134lbs. That’s 20lbs difference, yes it took me four and a half months, it was so worth it.
Top 3 tips? 
Drink water, keep drinking water.
Work your ass off.
Only eat what the earth offers.
